The 2016 NFL Draft is upon us, less the 24 hours away and the excitement is drawing near. Top picks Jared Goff, Carson Wentz, Ezekiel Elliott, Jalen Ramsey, Laremy Tunsil, and Vernon Hargreaves just to name a few are getting ready for tomorrow night in Chi-town. Tomorrow is only the first round with the second and third round on Friday following the fourth through seventh on Saturday. It’s a lot of big name players from big name schools looking to start their careers in possbily the best league in the world. However, along with big name players comes a big risk as well. Every year there are those players that have “upside” or a “high ceiling” but end up being “bust” depending on where they were drafted at. Your Tim Tebow’s, JaMarcus Russell’s, and Ryan Leaf’s of the world just to name a few but, from watching certain games, the NFL combine, and pro-days this class of players seem pretty solid from top to bottom. In my eyes the number one player is a toss up between Jalen Ramsey and Joey Bosa. Why those two? Because at there positions they are the best in the class and in the college level they were the best in the nation at their postions. I watched a lot of Joey Bosa becasue I am a Ohio State fan so seeing him play definitely rensured me that he was a top three to five player coming out in this years draft class. However, Jalen Ramsey is special because not only did he start from day one at Florida State he started at all three positions in the secondary Corner, Free Safety, and Strong Safety. Whoever gets either player is getting a “Future All-Pro” player for years to come. In all I am really excited for tomorrow. Im a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan and I am ready to see what piece we can add to make us better for the upcoming season. With that being said see you guys later and have a blessed night.
